2. Enter Largest Diameter (round to nearest 0.5cm)	cm
3. Enter Diameter at 90 Degr (round to nearest 0.5cm)	cm
4. Enter # of Slices ICH Seen	slices
5. Enter Thickness of Slices (in cm)	cm
