Posterior MI
See ST-segment depression in anterior precordial leads (which may be due to reciprocal changes in inferior wall MI. May also see tall R waves in V1-2. If posterior leads are placed (V7-V9), ST elevation >1mm is suggestive of posterior wall MI.
