Anatomical Distribution of MI
- Anterior Wall: V3-V4
- Inferior Wall: II, III, aVF. Reciprocal changes in I, aVL.
- Lateral Wall: I, aVL, V5-V6. Reciprocal changes in V1-V2, V7-V9
- Posterior: Tall R wave in V1-V2, ST segment depression in V1-V2
- Right Sided: ST Elevation in right-sided ECG (V4R-V5R)
- Septum: V1-V2
a.Combined Alpha and Beta blockade (Labetalol) may be used if SBP>150, or ST>100bpm and patient has received NTG and CCB
